This is all how they spend their lives. The basic skill that makes an insurance agent good enough in their field is the communication skill. They will have to be very communicative. Enough communicative and they must have enough communication skills that they can easily persuade the buyer to their policy.

If one is applying for a job of insurance agent then they must keep one thing in mind that this would not be regular well paid job. You will be paid according to the effort you make. This is a vast and competitive field in the world. Everyone cannot just put themselves into it and then get paid for what they do. But will have to be very much communicative and they must have all the necessary skills that are required for making a good insurance agent. Now subtract this figure from 100 and you will find your chances of success in being an insurance agent.
